After the hail storm on April 1, 2023, we successfully secured insurance coverage for the roof and siding replacement. The old roof was removed and replaced with GAF Timberline HDZ shingles in Charcoal. We removed the existing discontinued CertainTeed blend siding and replaced it with CertainTeed Monogram D5 Dutchlap in the color Spruce, enhancing the home’s exterior. An upgraded window trim package was also installed, along with squared porch posts wrapped in Permawrap white for a polished look. Finally, we removed the old gutters and downspouts, replacing them with new 5” white options to ensure effective drainage.
